University of South Carolina Gamecock Guarantee - Come learn about a new scholarship called the Gamecock Guarantee that provides significant financial support to TRIO-eligible students attending the University of South Carolina-Columbia. The scholarship is given to all South Carolina residents who meet TRIO’s low-income and first-generation guidelines. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration Policy: All checks and purchase orders must be postmarked by the deadlines to receive early bird or normal registration fee. To register as a member you must have paid your SCCEOPP dues at the time you registered. If your name is not on the membership roster at the time of registration, then the non-member registration fee applies.
Cancellation//Refund Policy: Must be submitted IN WRITING to the conference chairperson at mincya@midlandstech.edu on or before Feb. 26, 2010. All refund checks will be issued by SCCEOPP’s Treasurer 30 days after the conference.

Room Rates: Single Rate $149+*tax per night, Double Rate $149+*tax per night. *Rates are subject to an 11% sales tax. Room rate includes: Breakfast, Self-Parking and Internet Connection. We recommend that you reserve your room as soon as possible, to receive the special reduced conference rate; reservations must be made by February 26, 2010. Space is very limited.
